MR DRUGSTORE...

Hey peps!!!!!
So after a busy day at work I was on my way home when this drugstore just jumps out of no where and invites me in! I was trying to be polite and say no in till  I looked through the window of all these happy people enjoying themselves getting lost in all the isles. The colours so bright and sharp. I thought to myself I can pop in just for a minute. So I accepted the drugstores offer, to which it flung its door wide open and congratulated me for saying yes. Walking through the isles I was arguing with myself. I was thinking I need this I don't need this but I really do need this and that and this. Before I knew It, I looked outside it was getting dark. Wow have I really been in here that long. I looked down at my basket and realised it was time for me to go. At the checkout line I was so happy look at all these new things I'm going to have. The lady at the checkout was also really pleased with what I had and  told me I made some good choices here in this beautiful drugstore. I skip out the shop and Mr drugstore gives me a pat on my back please come back soon he shouted as I walked away. 10minutes later I checked inside my bag to look at all my new gems and suddenly realised there was a receipt on top of the bag. I read this long list of things of just brought and at the bottom was the bill! Oh noooooo! Mr drugstore you did it again...

give me something new TOP 5 make up products

Come and see what are my top five make up products to have this spring!

Hey peps so as you can see this is actually my second post since my blog started I'm very excited to talk about something beauty related and make up is something I'm  very passionate about. Saying that I'm no way a professional or a make up genius just thought I would share my favourite Top 5 items I'm loving at the moment.

So most of you will of probably seen one of these before it's a real techniques brow brush. It's amazing! I love it first of all because it's like my favourite colour. I use eyeshadow to colour in my eyebrows because I'm what you would call a wobbler. A wobbler is someone who can't use a pencil because they wobble to much. Lol. I got mine at boots for about £21.99 in a park of 5, all different eye brushes, there really soft brushes and pick up lots of product. They make your brows really natural looking, a really good brush.

So this is the studio finish concealer spf 35 I use this product for under my eyes as I have really bad dark circles and love how thick the texture is. It has the best coverage for my eyes and doesn't irritate them. People will  say it's more for blemishes and spots but for me I love it for my under eyes. I think it's  about £15 which it might be little pricey but it's last month's. I like how small the product is so you can carry out round in your make up bag.

Soooo this little beauty is the lumi magique base light primer from l`oreal Paris. It proper illuminates the skin, this is great under my foundation. I have really dry skin so I just use a tiny bit and spread it with my fingers all on my face.since wearing this product people have said to me I look healthier. It really does brighten the skin. I brought it from boots for £9.99 the only down side is it comes out very quickly from the pump. If you want that natural glow then choose this.

OMG! This is the new shimmer highlighter from MUA. This is really fantastic. It's summer soon and you defo don't need to go on hoilday to get your glow. It's all in this pot! This is perfect to put of top of your checks for that extra shimmer. I'm so glad I decided to get this. It's a crime  at only £3 from superdrug. B.A.R.gin! Love it love it love it.

So as the saying goes " last but not least "  No.5 is the Mac mineralize spf 15 foundation. So this is a really new product for me as I normally wear the pro longwear foundation. But I do have really dry skin and want more of a hydrating foundation so I've had this for a few days now and I'm really liking the texture. It's really soft on the skin.It can come off your face quite quick but  make sure you set it with a power not to heavy . I love the glass bottle it comes In. Very posh.Lol. I brought mine at debenhams dept store for £25. It's pretty standard price. I would definitely consider getting this if you have dry skin and like a light to medium coverage.

And that was my Top Five make up products for this spring! If you have any suggestions on what other products would be great before summer hits.please let me know!

What's your top 5 make up products??

Keep blogging and blagging

Lots of love

The customer is 'not' always right!

I want to firstly say that this subject is my honest personal opinion of the following. Not that it's factual or persuaded  just 100% my opinion in my own words.

I just want to talk about customer relationship between a customer and a employee of any person(s) who work or have worked in a public environment dealing with the general public or offering a service, which relies on customers for their income, their profit and their reason for the customer to return to make their business bloom.
In my life of employment I've always worked with customer service and learnt form the get go, what exactly is the customer, why a company relies on custom, why they want their custom and why they want returning custom. A company should deliver the best for the customer's so they will want to come back to a business again and again.
Things that would do this is word of mouth, discounts and the experience, all reasons for a return of custom. But what's most important is who's on the front line, who the customer interacts with, the "first impressions" these things are important to any company.

Many company's follow the rule " the customer is always right" because to keep a customer happy is one that's always going come back to the business. I believe that this old saying is exactly that a 'old saying' and should be banned.
People these days have come to the decision that high standards and the best service is expected. Not appreciated nor is it respected by the customer. The customer has learnt to taken advantage of what they think is great customer service.
Maybe it's the company's competitive fights between businesses, who can be better. Maybe the customer who has high expectations and know what they want, maybe it is the employee who is not  delivering the company standards.
What ever the reason is for the customer to believe they are always right, is the fact that they always expect something more/better each time. It does not give the customer the right to miss treat the employee.
What ever type of business the employee is in, what ever type of job or role a person is doing for the customer there should be some mutual respect.

  • Manners - manners is a big one the customer wants the employee to use manners it's polite, it's expected for the employee to use these when interacting with the customer. The customer should do the same.
  • Patience - in anyway shape or form the employee has to be patience with the customer, weather that's in in discussion or in action, what ever the situation is the employee has learnt to do this. The customer has yet not learnt this skill
  • Empathy - when something goes wrong the employee has to listen and empathise with customer, understand their story, there situation. Solve their outcome. The customer should also do this, sometimes it's out of the employee's control but the customer has to learn to come to a conclusion.
  • Listen - it's like the A-Z of customer service but listening to a customer is essential to business and individual needs. Also the customer needs to listen and understand a employee, their company and what they offer. To save any confusion and upset the customer should always listen.

This all might sound like pretty standard stuff. But the amount of customer's who take advantage of their customer rights is scary. Employees are people who are trying to the best for the customer. If the employee is happy and is dealt with in the right way with respect and not be demoralised or mistreated, then you will find your business will grow. It will show on your other customers because happy employees will bring better business .
Businesses should focus more on what customers they would LIKE to use their services/product,  rather than how many people they should or think they should bring to their company.

It's all about respecting one other from one person to the next, if the customer shows politeness and respect,  the outcome of service will be even better than excepted.

GREAT CUSTOMERS = GREAT SERVICE
